I built my first deck 40 years ago, and in that time I have come to offer some unique design features and detailing. My decks are structurally sound; meet strict Manufacturer installation specs’; built to National Building Code requirements; and fully permitted and inspected by the Municipality. Decks can be ground hugging, or multi-tier, built on 'Steel Helical Piles' augured 5’ below grade, or floating on (ground level) concrete deck blocks for some economical savings.​
I am a registered Platinum Pro Contractor and Partner of the extensive TimberTech/Azek decking and railing product lines since 2019. Their PVC boards and products are the finest in the industry and carry up to a 50 year warranty and offered in 3 unique collections and price points. That’s 50 years of no sanding, stripping, painting or staining. These Advanced PVC boards look more authentic than actual wood, offer better concealment of fasteners, scratch resistant and cooler to the touch. Maintenance free railings and privacy screens are available in aluminum, composite, glass or PVC…in a variety of styles, configurations and designs.
Decking materials and designs have come a long way over the past decade. The sun and harsh weather have been brutal on the wood surfaces, and homeowners found they just couldn’t keep up with the annual maintenance and deterioration. And thus, composite materials were born. Composite materials are a man made product that are extremely durable. I’m always proud to offer my clients the newer, more advanced PVC polymer decking products through the Azek brand. Virtually zero absorption of moisture in this high density foam core to prevent deformity and warping…demanded by experienced deck Pro’s everywhere.​
